When do you open?

How do I rent a unit?
Online, any time. Choose your unit, sign your lease and pay from your phone. No office visit needed.
What do I need to rent?
A valid photo ID and a payment method. We verify your ID online when you sign up.
Is it month-to-month?
Yes. You rent month to month, with no long-term contract.
Do I need insurance?
We offer a protection plan for your belongings through a third-party provider, and you can add it when you rent. If you already have homeowner's or renter's insurance, check whether it covers items in storage.
Do I need my own lock?
You can bring your own lock or buy a disc lock from us for $19.99.
Can a moving truck pull up to my unit?
Yes. Every unit is on the ground floor with a drive-up door, so a moving truck can park right in front. No stairs and no elevators.
Can I store a car, boat or trailer?
Yes, inside our 10×20 and 10×30 units. Vehicles must be registered, insured and in running condition, and repairs or maintenance on site aren't allowed.
What can't I store?
Anything hazardous or flammable (like gasoline, propane, paint thinner, fireworks or explosives), food or anything that spoils, plants or animals, and anything illegal. Units can't be used as a living space, workshop or business address.
Can I get to my unit at night?
Yes. The gate opens with your personal keypad code 24 hours a day, and the grounds are lit and watched by security cameras.
Are the units climate controlled?
No. All of our units are drive-up units without climate control. That keeps rates lower and makes loading easy.
How does the Founding Member offer work?
Join the waitlist before we open. When you rent for at least 3 months, your first month is free.
Will my rate go up?
Not during your first 12 months. The monthly rate you sign up with is locked for a full year.
The story in our logo
Six stripes. Six buildings. One idea we built.
Before there was a slab or a steel beam, there was a sketch: six buildings on a piece of land off John Bragg Highway. We imagined it, and then we built it, one row at a time.
That first site plan became our logo. Its six stripes are the buildings seen from above, and a reminder we put on every sign and every door: keep believing in what you set out to build.
